The latest episode involved a missing meal, and a wrongly supplied order, I spent £80 all told what's more I couldn't report the discrepancy as I would normally do due to the receipt not having been supplied so I could input the code onto the app. I have used this place via the McDonald's app for many years on and off, sometimes its great service, more often it's not, it smacks of poor staff training, indifference or at worst organized theft, get you act together Mottram McDonald's, it's your franchised Branch that's the issue not the chain, I have never been let down by other branches in the network.
